Thoughts is the second single from Local Boy’s upcoming EP.

It’s a fast paced indie rock rock track about the frustration of trying to improve one’s mental health using self-help resources that are more often about a business making profit than genuinely improving the lives of their audience.

Like the previous single Al Bundy the song’s lyrics are critical of the self-help industry’s tendency to point to the shortcomings of a persons lifestyle choices rather than wider societal issues as the cause of their suffering.
